For each of the 2 other positions, you can select the indicator of your choice.

• Distance remaining This is the distance remaining until the destination point, expressed in

kilometres or in miles depending on the distance parameter selected.

• Time remaining This is the time remaining before arrival at the destination. This time is

evaluated according to the distance remaining and the average speed of the roads taken, without

taking into account any stops or breaks (highly recommended by Road Safety regulations).

• Arrival time This is the calculated time of arrival according to the distance and the time of the

journey calculated by the system, without taking into account stops or breaks (highly recommended by

Road Safety regulations).

• Time This is the local time that results from the time entered during installation of the program in

your ViaMichelin portable GPS.

• Direction This is the direction of the road followed according to the 16-point compass card

7.1.7. DAY / NIGHT SETTINGS

Always in day mode To keep the presentation used in day mode.

Always in night mode To keep the presentation used in night mode.

This setting takes precedence over the parameters selected in the menu SET > Setting adjustments > Day /

night mode.
